Return & Exchange Policy

Merchandise may be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of original purchase date. The following terms/conditions will apply:

  • Item(s) must be in new and unused condition and must not have been washed or otherwise damaged.
  • Item(s) must have been purchased directly from us, either online at, or in person at our shop or one of our craft fair appearances. Returns/Exchanges from retail (or any other) outlet will not be accepted.
  • Item(s) must be returned with a copy of your VH07V receipt, order number,  or packing slip and any included gifts (if applicable).
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • Returned merchandise is subject to inspection before issuing a refund or exchange.
  • Exchanges are subject to a second shipping charge.
  • Sale, clearance or promo items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
  • Discounted items (e.g. Black Friday sale items) cannot be exchanged or refunded at full price value.
  • If a return invalidates a particular special or campaign that was used during the original order (e.g. The value of the return makes the required minimum for a "Free Shipping" special lower than the qualifying amount, etc.), any shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.
  • If the return or exchange is a result of an error on our end (e.g. incorrect items/sizes in your order, etc.), please contact us here.

Ship all returns via US Postal Service with insurance and/or delivery confirmation to the address below (we are not responsible for any lost/damaged returns):
